Our Approach to Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability
“I have always championed charitable causes in my personal life, regularly donating and attending events. However, at the beginning of 2024, we decided to formalise our efforts in this space to help drive change in the Middle East and globally through Step Global Group via our new branch: Wild & Free.
By strategically collaborating with specific organisations that I know and trust, we hope to make a real difference in the lives of many children, young adults and animals in the Middle East and beyond. This is a cause that is very close to my heart, and I’m delighted to be formally involved in helping raise awareness and supporting these brilliant initiatives.”
Activities as a Responsible Company
Our Work So Far
As part of our ongoing commitment to charitable causes, we will be donating 5% of all profits to selected charities and organisations that can hugely benefit from extra funding.
Creating a better world through our firm, our community, and our work
Our goal is to, through our core immigration work, bring a global perspective to our charitable causes. We have seen first-hand how donations and sponsorships have a huge impact on charitable organisations, helping them achieve their ultimate goal of helping the most vulnerable people & animals that they can.
By sponsoring & attending global conferences and partnering with local initiatives, we hope to spread awareness of the amazing work being done here in the UAE on a global level. We also sponsor international causes that are close to our heart, including underprivileged student charities and homeless shelters.

- Sheldrick Wildlife Foundation Elephant Sponsorship
- Local Dog Shelters and Rescues
- The Hospital for Sick Children, SickKids Toronto
- Underprivileged Primary Students
- Haven Homeless Shelter, Toronto
Canadian Autism Leadership Summit 2024
In April 2024, we sponsored the Canadian Autism Leadership Summit (CALS), in partnership with Autism Alliance, Canada’s most prominent autism initiative. The event featured keynotes, international panel sessions, and talks by some of the most prominent lawmakers, scientists, and experts in the autism field.
CALS has been running for ten years, and their main goal is to bring together key decision-makers in the autism space. Through this important work, they have helped shape Canadian legislature to better serve individuals with autism.
Get Involved
In 2024 and beyond, we will continue to support all of our charities in any way we can. This will include sponsoring events, direct donations and organising events of our own.
