Preeya Malik is a US qualified lawyer who has obtained her Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA, with a focus on immigration law. She then went on to obtain an LLM (master’s in law) specializing in real estate development law from the University of Miami, Florida, USA. Preeya Malik has been a licensed member of the Florida and the District of Columbia Bar Associations for 13 years in good standing. She asserts a unique combination of in-depth knowledge in both commercial real estate projects and investment immigration, through experience gained in the legal departments of some of the largest developers in the United States as well as the oldest and most reputed immigration law firms in Canada.
Preeya Malik furthered her extensive experience in investment immigration visa programs via her role as the Managing Director of Step Global, where over the past decade she has assisted in successfully raising funds for multi-billion dollar global projects from investors across the MENA region, including the GCC, Middle East, India, Pakistan, and Africa.
